New Patients

We are currently accepting new Medicaid (OHP) patients with CareOregon Dental. We also see uninsured patients for urgent care.

Your first visit will include X-rays and a dental exam. We then schedule a second appointment for a cleaning.

If you do not have CareOregon Dental Plan, please contact Health Share of Oregon and inquire about how to change dental plans. This may be helpful if you already receive medical care at one of our clinics.

COVID-19 Safety

Clients and staff safety will continue to be our highest priority. If you are scheduled for a dental visit but have tested positive for covid-19, or have any covid-19 symptoms, please call the clinic to reschedule your appointment.

Appointments

New patients and uninsured: Call 503-988-6942 between 8am-4:45pm Monday-Friday.

Established patients: If you have insurance and have been seen before at a Multnomah County dental clinic, then you should call your clinic directly.

Locations and hours»

If you live outside Multnomah County we are unable to see you in our dental clinics. However, our patient access coordinators can provide you with information about low-cost dental services in your area. For more information call 503-988-6942 between 8am-4:45pm, Monday-Friday.

Cost

If you’re covered by the Oregon Health Plan, there’s no charge for dental services which are part of your routine benefits. Not all dental services are available at our clinics.

If you’re not insured, you will be asked to pay an out-of-pocket fee based on your family size and income when you check in. We can also help you apply for insurance»

If you’re not eligible for the Oregon Health Plan, you can meet with our eligibility staff to see if you qualify for a discount.

Languages

Many clinics have staff members that speak languages other than English. Please let us know if you need an interpreter for your visit.

Children

You are expected to remain in the waiting room while your child is being treated.

If your child is under 15, a parent or legal guardian must be present for your child’s exam visits (this includes the first visit). This is when we need you there to make decisions regarding your child’s oral healthcare.

For all other dental visits, the parent or legal guardian may give permission to a person over the age of 18 to bring your child. Please print, complete and bring .

New Patient Paperwork

Please print, complete and bring New Patient Form (linked below) with you to your first appointment.
